Dear Parents,

We trust that you are well and so are your children, the students of Birla High School. We hope that you have perused Circular No. 7 dated 10.5.2021 regarding fees for the session 2021-22.

Your attention is further drawn to the following regarding payment of fees from 1^st April, 2021 for the session 2021-22.

        1. You may choose to make payment in full of the proposed fee for 2021-22 (referred to as PF) in which case your kind attention is drawn to Circular para 6 & 7.

        2. You may wish to avail of the discounted fees of 80% of the fees of 2019-20 as per Court Order, till physical reopening of school. In which case your kind attention is drawn to Notice No.10, para 6 & 8.

The fees heads (per month) relating to online facilities being provided, against which 80% fees is being charged are as under :

Online classes for the new class XI (2021-22) will commence from 6th of May’21 (Thursday) from 8:45 a.m. The class teachers will send the Google Link invitation prior to the start of the class.

· No requests for change of stream/ subjects in class XI will be entertained now. Kindly do not send mails or call the teachers in this connection.

Please note that the summer holidays will commence from Monday, 17th May, 2021 instead of Monday, 10th May, 2021.

Online classes will continue for classes VI to XII (except class XI).

School will re-open from Monday, 14th June, 2021 until further notice.

Notice No.3/2021-22 13/04/2021

NOTICE

Dear Parents,

This is to request you to join us for an online Orientation Programme for Classes VI to VIII on the 16^th of April ’21 (Friday) from 10:00 a.m.  and for Classes IX and X on the 16^th of April ’21 (Friday) from 12:00 noon via Zoom. It is imperative that at least one parent with the student attends the same.

 

Kindly take note of the following:

 

(i)           This will be held via Zoom, the link for the same will be shared with your ward by his class teachers. Please ensure that your device has the Zoom app uploaded.

(ii)         Only one device to be used per family.

(iii)        Kindly keep the audio mikes muted for technical reasons.

(iv)       A feedback form will be shared with you post the Orientation. Kindly spare a few minutes to fill in the same and submit it.

Classes VI, VII, VIII, IX, X & XII

 

Dear Parents,

This is to inform you that the new academic session (2021 – 2022) will now commence from Monday, 19 April, 2021 instead of Monday, 12 April, 2021.

 

Kindly note the following:

     i. All classes will be conducted online through Google Meet as in the past

    ii. The timetable will be shared by the class teacher via email

   iii. The timings for these online classes will be as follows:

8:45 a.m. - 9:00 a.m.	C.T. Period
9:00 a.m. – 9:50 a.m.	1st Period
9:50 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.	Interaction
10:00 a.m. – 10:50 a.m.	2nd Period
10:50 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.	Interaction
11:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.	Break
11:30 a.m. – 12:20 p.m.	3rd Period
12:30 p.m. – 1:20 p.m.	4th Period

 

      iv.    Students are expected to use the official ID provided by the school only.

      v.   An online Orientation session for classes VI to VIII, IX and X has been scheduled for Friday, 16 April’ 21. (Details will be shared via a separate circular).

Classes Nursery to XII

Dear Parents,
This is to inform you that the new academic session (2021 – 2022) will
commence from Monday, 12 th April, 2021 instead of the earlier date
announced i.e. 5 th April, 2021.

However, Board Practicals for Class XII (2020 – 21 session) and re-tests
for some students will continue as per the earlier schedule.
