Inter House IT Competition 2024
The finale of the Inter House IT Competition for Classes VI to XI was held on 30th September, 2024. The selected students of classes VI to VIII were divided into six groups, each comprising three students from three different classes. The topic was making a video on ‘The Science Behind Climate Change: How Can We Help?’ . The winner was Shivaji House, represented by Aagriya Sarkar (6E), Darsh Shyamsukha (7A) and Aarav Gupta (8D). The runner up team was Tagore House, represented by Krishiv Ray (6E), Shounak Sarkar (7B) and Yash Jain (8E). The selected students of Classes IX to XI were given the task of creating a webpage using HTML, CSS, etc. They were divided into 6 groups of three students each from different classes. Their topic was ‘Upcycle Tech: Creative Ways to Reuse Old Electronics’. The winner was Netaji House, represented by Supratim Ghosh (9C), Namit Chaturvedi (11 SC A) and Shivam Tantia (11 SC C). The runner up team was Shivaji House, represented by Harsh Anant Agarwal (9D), Anay Bera (9E) and Pritam Chakraborty (11 SC A).

Teachers' Day Celebration 2024
The Teachers' Day celebration at our school was a vibrant occasion, beginning with the ceremonial lighting of the lamp by Headmistress Miss Farida Singh and senior teachers Ms. Tanjeev Pandher and Ms. Rita Sethia; and by Mr. Sunny Thomas and Mr. Partha Pratim Gupta for the senior section. The festivities included a captivating Indian dance to "Guru Brahma Guru Vishnu Guru Devo Maheshwara," followed by a Hindi recitation सर्जक composed by our Hindi teacher Kanchi Agarwal. For the senior section, there were recitations, stand up comedy performance, beat boxing and a hilarious skit put up by the students.The program also featured a melodious song, a band performance by the school band and an electrifying dance performance to make the teachers feel special and take them back on a nostalgic trip down memory lane. The audio visual presentation for the teachers was another display of gratitude by the students. To conclude, the Principal, Mrs. Loveleen Saigal, lauded the students for putting up such a brilliant show and the Headmistress commended the teachers for their unwavering dedication and tireless efforts in making the learning experience both effective and enjoyable. The event concluded with a heartfelt vote of thanks, leaving everyone with a profound sense of gratitude.
