Class IX - XII
Circular for the second Vaccination Dose
Dear Parents,
The students who have taken the first dose of COVAXIN are now due for their second dose. The same is being organised by the school in association with Belle Vue Clinic.
Details are as follows :
Date and Day : 12th February, 2022 (Saturday)
Time : Class XII : 9:30 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.
Class XI : 10:30 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.
Class X : 11:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.
Class IX : 11:30 a.m. – 12 noon
Any student who had missed taking the vaccine earlier can get their first dose done between 12 noon – 12:30 p.m. For the second dose they will have to approach Belle Vue Clinic directly after a gap of 28 days.
Venue: Sushila Birla Girls’ School.
All are to carry the original Aadhar Card and a copy of the same. Cost for the vaccine is Rs. 1050/- (Please send the exact amount).
Kindly confirm if your son will be taking the dose from school by filling in the consent form given below by Wednesday, 9th February, 2022.

NOTICE FOR PARENTS AND STUDENTS
In connection to school reopening and physical classes commencing for class 8 from Monday, 7th February, 2022, the following guidelines must be followed -
a) All students are to follow social distancing and stand on the designated stickers at the entry points in a disciplined manner. All students must avoid gatherings in front of the gates.
b) Reporting time of the students is 8:30 a.m.
c) Dispersal time from school is 1:30 p.m.
(Students who attend the remedial classes will be leaving at 2:00p.m.)
d)Classes will be held in hybrid mode with 50% of the total strength attending offline and the rest ,online.
e)Classes will be divided into two batches coming to school on alternate days.
f)The batch distribution will be as follows:

g) Queue Managers will be placed at the gate. Students after getting their temperature checked and hands sanitized must move to their designated class rooms.
h) No student or visitor will be allowed to enter the school premises without a mask. Parents should carry a soft /hard copy of their vaccination certificate when they visit school.
The student must wear a 2 ply , dark blue/ black face mask & carry a small bottle of sanitizer.
i) Students must come to school in proper uniform, shoes and with a proper haircut.
j) Parents and visitors need to seek prior appointment before entry into the school.
k) The body temperature of the students will be taken at the gate and if they are found to have running temperature, will be asked to leave the school premises under the escort of the parent.
Guidelines to be followed by students during school hours :
i) Students must enter their designated classrooms.
ii) Students must sit in the assigned place as directed by the teacher.
iii) Students must not form close clusters with friends.
iv) Students must not share exercise books, bags, food or drinking water with their classmates.
v) All students must bring an extra mask, their own dry tiffin, drinking water and a bag (to dispose of any waste generated ) from home and must remain in their classes.
vi) Students must wash their hands at regular intervals and follow the designated instructions for the same.
vii) Students must not crowd in the washrooms. They will only be allowed to use the washroom in turn.
Guidelines to be followed by students after school hours :
A) All students are to observe social distancing and move out of the classrooms maintaining a line in a disciplined manner. All students must avoid gatherings in front of the gates after dispersal.
B) The school expects controlled and disciplined behaviour from the students at the time of exit, while in the school and during dispersal.
We would like to assure you that all staff members present in the school premises have been fully vaccinated.
As always, we solicit the support of the parents & of our pupils to make the transition smooth from the online mode to the physical as we gradually inch back to the old times.

FEE CIRCULAR
Classes IX to XII
In view of the current situation offline classes have begun from 3rd February, 2022, as per the Government directives. Fees for the months of February and March will be 100% of the fees for the session 2019-20. ·
All parents and guardians who have paid the full fees at the rate of 2019-20 in the month of January, will have necessary adjustments made in the fees of February/March, as fees for January 2022 has been charged with 20% discount.

Dear students and parents,
As you are aware the government has permitted the conduct of physical classes. In this connection we welcome back our students to school and request you to follow the instructions given below:
1. Physical classes will resume for the students of classes IX to XII from the 3rd of February (Thursday) from 8:30 to 1:30 p.m.
2. Class VIII students will attend physical classes from Monday, 7th February ( same time).
3. An Orientation Session will be conducted online for the parents and students of Class VIII on Friday, 4th February at 10:30 a.m. The link and other details will be shared by the class teachers.
4. All students are to strictly observe Covid protocols and maintain social distancing.
5. All students to come to school in proper uniform, hair cut duly done and wear a dark blue or black mask. They must carry their tiffin and drinking water.
6. All further details regarding entry and exit gates and rooms to be used will be shared by the class teachers tomorrow.
