                   NOTICE –CHILDREN’S DAY -14TH NOVEMBER 2019 THURSDAY

Children’s day will be celebrated on Friday 14^th November, 2019 at the Vidya Mandir Auditorium. The schedule is as given:

For Classes VI, VII & VIII

Reporting Time in School	7.30 a.m. *Attendance of students * After attendance students to move to the auditorium by 8.15 a.m.
Programme	From 8.30a.m.  to 10 a.m.	Boys will be in the auditorium till the end of the programme.
Dispersal	10.15 a.m.

 

Seating arrangement	Class VIII-Ground floor(last few rows)
	Class VII-Ground floor(Right side facing stage)
	Class VI-Ground Floor(Left side facing Stage)

For Classes IX, X & XI & XII

Reporting Time in School	11.00 a.m. *attendance of students * After attendance students will move to the auditorium by 11.15 a.m.
Programme	From 11.30a.m.  to 1.00 p.m.		Boys will be in the auditorium till the end of the programme.
