NOTICE
In this new session of 2021-22, we would like to connect with our students and the BHS family to make up for the lost times during the pandemic. As a small step of communication we wish to distribute the school diary and report cards of the previous year which was printed prior to the beginning of the session. Social distancing continues, so for the sake of everyone’s safety the following schedule has been organized to run the distribution smoothly.
Parents may visit in person or send someone to collect on their behalf. In that case they have to make sure that the person carries a letter of authority with their signature.
. Class VI
Distribution of diaries for students of Class VI will be on Saturday, 24th July, 2021 from Gate No. 6 from 10:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. in the Prayer Hall.
. Class VII
Distribution of diary along with the report card, certificates and accolades won by the students of Class VII will be on Saturday, 24th July, 2021 from Gate No. 6 from
11:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. in the Prayer Hall.
. Class VIII
Distribution of diary along with the report card, certificates and accolades won by the students of Class VIII will be on Saturday, 31st July, 2021 from Gate No. 6 from
10:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. in the Prayer Hall.
. Class IX
Distribution of diary along with the report card, certificates and accolades won by the students of Class IX will be on Saturday, 31st July, 2021 from Gate No. 6 from
11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. in the Prayer Hall.

Dear Parents,
We trust that you are well and so are your children, the students of Birla High School. We hope that you have perused Circular No. 7 dated 10.5.2021 regarding fees for the session 2021-22.
Your attention is further drawn to the following regarding payment of fees from 1st April, 2021 for the session 2021-22.
1. You may choose to make payment in full of the proposed fee for 2021-22 (referred to as PF) in which case your kind attention is drawn to Circular para 6 & 7.
2. You may wish to avail of the discounted fees of 80% of the fees of 2019-20 as per Court Order, till physical reopening of school. In which case your kind attention is drawn to Notice No.10, para 6 & 8.

Please note that the summer holidays will commence from Monday, 17th May, 2021 instead of Monday, 10th May, 2021.
Online classes will continue for classes VI to XII (except class XI).
