IMPORTANT NOTICE – Orientation for Class XI (2018-19)

• All B.H.S. students and Non B.H.S. students, who have got admission in Class XI (2018–2019), are hereby informed that the Orientation Programme and Final Registration will be held on 21^st April, 2018 (Saturday) at 8:30 a.m. in the school’s auditorium “Vidya‑Mandir”,  1, Moira Street, Kolkata – 700017

• Attendance is compulsory for both B.H.S. and Non B.H.S students along with their parents.

• Students of B.H.S. and Non B.H.S. are to come for the Orientation Programme in school uniform and must be seated along with their parents in the Auditorium on 21^st April, 2018 (Saturday) at 8:45 a.m. sharp after registering themselves in the Auditorium Foyer.

• Please note that the new academic session for the Class XI students will begin from 23^rd April, 2018 (Monday).

NOTICE FOR BOARD REGISTRATION  CLASSES  IX & XI

Students & Parents of Classes IX & XI are requested to report to Birla High School ( 1^st Floor Room No: 208 for class IX and Room No:209 for class XI) between 10.00 a.m. & 1.00 p.m.  as per the following schedule for verification of the details of the Board Registration Form:

Note: Students must wear school uniform and carry their ID card.

All students of Classes IX and XI are to submit a Pay Order of Rs.200 in favour of BIRLA HIGH SCHOOL payable at Kolkata on 23.10.17 positively to their respective class teachers for Board Registration.
