Please be informed that the Special Prayer Service of Class XII will be held on 16th January, 2020 (Thursday) instead of 31st January, 2020 and the Farewell programme of Class XII will be held on 18th January, 2020 (Saturday) instead of 1st February, 2020 since the Class XII Board Practical examination has been preponed.

Children’s day will be celebrated on Friday 14^th November, 2019 at the Vidya Mandir Auditorium. The schedule is as given:

For Classes VI, VII & VIII

Reporting Time in School	7.30 a.m. *Attendance of students * After attendance students to move to the auditorium by 8.15 a.m.
Programme	From 8.30a.m.  to 10 a.m.	Boys will be in the auditorium till the end of the programme.
Dispersal	10.15 a.m.

 

Seating arrangement	Class VIII-Ground floor(last few rows)
	Class VII-Ground floor(Right side facing stage)
	Class VI-Ground Floor(Left side facing Stage)

For Classes IX, X & XI & XII

Reporting Time in School	11.00 a.m. *attendance of students * After attendance students will move to the auditorium by 11.15 a.m.
Programme	From 11.30a.m.  to 1.00 p.m.		Boys will be in the auditorium till the end of the programme.
Dispersal	After the programme		From the auditorium

This is to inform you that the Children’s Day celebration will be held on 14^th November, 2019 (Thursday).

• Reporting time for classes 6, 7, 8 is at 7.30am to their respective classes.

•  Dispersal at 10.15a.m

• Reporting time for classes 9.10,11,12 is at 11.00.am to their respective classes.

• Dispersal at 1.00pm. 

• Dress code - Students to come to school in coloured clothes (shoes, collared t-shirts or shirts and full length trousers).

07.30 a.m.	Arrival of Students of classes 6,7,8,10 & 12.
10:00 a.m.	Arrival of Students of classes 9  & 11.
07.30a.m.to 09.30 a.m.	Classes 6,7,8 Interaction with teachers.
10.00a.m. to 10:30 a.m.	Classes 9,11 Interaction with teachers.
Till 10:00 a.m.	Normal Classes for 10 & 12.
9:30 a.m.	Dispersal  for Classes 6 to 8.

From 10:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. classes 10 & 12 have break.

Classes 9-12 will move to the auditorium at 10:30 a.m sharp to see the program. Program will start at 10:50 a.m.

There will be a meeting in the AVR on 23^rd  Sep.2019 at 12:00 hrs . The students going for the educational tour to NAINITAL, SATTAL, RANIKHET, ALMORA, KOUSHANI and DELHI  are requested to attend the meeting. Please be seated by 11:50 a.m.along with only one parent .
