ACCOLADES

Special Assemblies - On 15^th September a special assembly was conducted by students of Class IXA on the occasion of Ozone Day. The depletion of the ozone layer, its effect on Earth and what can be done to improve the situation.

The Thirteenth Odyssey - The Thirteenth edition of Birla High School’s biennial fest – Odyssey was held on 10^th and 11^th of September. Ten schools participated in the event, which was held live over Zoom and through Google Drive based submissions for classes IX to XII.The winners of Odyssey was the host school, 1^st Runners-up - Sushila Birla Girls’ School and 2^nd Runners-up – South City International School. The host school passed on the Winner’s Trophy to the 1^st Runner Up school – Sushila Birla Girls’ School.

Birla High School participated in the Platinum Jubilee All India Online English Debates 2021 organized by Birla Public School, Pilani for Classes X –XII from 3^rd - 5^th September 2021. Ram Daftari, was declared the ‘Most Promising Speaker’ the Finals and the Best Speaker in the Semi-Finals. He was also awarded the title of Best Speaker of the Tournament and the Best Devil’s Advocate (Turncoat Debate) of the tournament.
