NOTICE FOR CHILDREN’S DAY CELEBRATION
Childrens’ Day will be celebrated on Thursday , 14th November, 2024 in the Vidya Mandir Auditorium. The schedule is as given:
For Classes VI, VII VIII & IX
Reporting Time to School
10:00 a.m. Entry through Gate No. 1
*attendance of students
* moving to the auditorium by 10.15 a.m.
Boys will move to the auditorium after the attendance
Programme
From 10:30a.m. to 11:30
a.m.
Boys will be in the auditorium till the end of the programme and move out of school thereafter.
Dispersal
11.30 a.m. from Gate number 3 and 5 only
Seating arrangement
Class IX and VIII D&E(Balcony)
Class VII & VIII A,B,C (Right side facing stage)
Class VI-(Left side facing Stage)
For Classes X & XI & XII
Reporting Time to School
12: 00 noon.
*attendance of students
* moving to the auditorium by 12:15 p.m.
Boys will move to the auditorium after the attendance.
Programme
From 12:30p.m. to 1 :30
p.m.
Boys will be in the auditorium till the end of the programme and will move out of the premises .
Dispersal
After the programme
between 1:15-1:30p.m from Gate number 3 and 5 only
From the auditorium.

Class XII-(Left side facing Stage)
Class XI- Balcony
Class X-(Right side facing Stage)
Dress Code for classes VI to XII
Casuals (only collared shirts/T-shirts), sneakers (only covered shoes)permitted.
