NOTICE
Dear Parents,
As you are aware your ward has taken the first dose of Corbevax in the camp organised by the school on 6th May, 2022. The second round of the camp will be held as per the details appended below. You are requested to ensure that your ward takes the same on the stipulated day. Students who wish to take the first dose may also register.Details are as follows:
· Day & Date of the Camp : Friday, 6th May, 2022
· Entry and Exit from Gate No. 6 (Prayer Hall Gate) : Only one parent / escort to accompany
the student and wait in the Prayer Hall till the vaccination is administered.
· It is mandatory that students get their verification done before they proceed for
vaccination in the Verification room. (Room No.113)

10 will have normal classes until the vaccination is administered. Parents are to report to school to facilitate the verification of their wards.

· The students who take the vaccine have to wait for minimum half an hour post the administration of the dose. (Kindly wait patiently until the entire process is over in case you are escorting your ward)
- Students will need to register on the COWIN App before coming to school.
- Students need to bring their Aadhar Card / Birth Certificate / Ration Card in original along with a photocopy.
- The students of classes 6 - 9 will not have class on that day.
Kindly confirm your son’s presence for the camp via mail to his class teacher by Friday, 29th April, 2022.
