    A one day workshop on Python programming skills by AICTE and GUVI that aims to break the Guinness World Record was attended by the Computer Science department Teachers.

    The JIBS 317th Webinar on the topic ‘Measuring Human Beaviour’ was organised by O. P. Jindal Global University and Jindal Institute of Behavioural Sciences (JIBS) for over 500 teachers of West Bengal schools on 16 April, 2021. The same was attended by Ms Trisha Nath.

    VIRTUAL ORIENTATION PROGRAMME (CLASSES 9 AND 10)

    The Virtual Orientation Programme for Parents (of classes IX & X) was held on 16th April 2021 at 12 noon on the virtual platform of Zoom. The programme had been attended by the school Principal, the coordinator, class teachers and parents of students belonging to classes IX & X. Ms. Saigal, in her welcome address, announced the commencement of yet another session of online teaching-learning from 19th April 2021. She also introduced the key team members of the school and the class teachers of classes IX and X. The session focussed on the decorum of online classes, assessment and evaluation system and structure and the several awards bagged by the school in the last academic year. The importance of discipline had been highlighted by the coordinator, Ms. Sreemati Sen and she also explained few other scholastic (NSQF) and co-scholastic areas. At the end the forum was open for questions from the parents which were duly answered. Ms. Saigal ended the session wishing everyone a safe and healthy year ahead and hoping to meet the students in school very soon.

    VIRTUAL ORIENTATION PROGRAMME (CLASSES 6, 7 AND 8)

    The orientation programme for the parents and students of classes 6, 7 and 8 was held online on the 16th of April, 2021 at 10. 00 am on the virtual platform, Zoom.

    The Principal along with the Coordinators, MS. P. Bhansali (class6) and Mrs R. Bubna (classes 7 and 8) addressed the parents. They were apprised of the various rules and regulations of the school and the steps taken by the school to ensure hassle free teaching and learning online.

    Many of the fears and concerns of the parents were addressed at the end of the programme during the question and answer session.
