Circular to Parents

The L.N. Birla Memorial Invitational Debate will be held on 10th July(Monday) and 11th July(Tuesday), 2023 at Vidya Mandir Auditorium. The preliminary round of the debate will be on 10th July (Monday) from 10:00 a.m. Finals will be on 11th July (Tuesday) from 10:00 a.m.

10th JULY, 2023:

   • Regular classes for 6 to 12.

   • Afternoon activities will be as usual for 7A, B and C 

   • Break for classes 9 and 11 will be from 9:20a.m to 9:40 a.m.

   • Classes 9 and 11 will be in the auditorium from 9:45 a.m. in regular school uniform.

11th JULY,2023:

    • No classes for 6 to 11 on account of Founder’s Day

    • Class 12 - Reporting time to school at 7:30 a.m.

    • Break for class 12 will be from 9:20 a.m. to 9:40 a.m.

    • Class 12 will be seated in the auditorium by 9:45 a.m. in their regular school uniform     and formal Bata shoes.

   •    Normal school for Classes IX to XII from Monday, 12^th June 2023 (regular school timings)

   •   Online classes will be held for Classes VI to VIII on 12^th, 13^th & 14^th June, 2023. Normal school to resume from Thursday, 15^th June, 2023.·       

   •    Afternoon activities will also resume from Thursday, 15^th June 2023 for the Middle School.

   •   The PA-1 scheduled for Classes VI, VII & VIII will now be held on Thursday, 15^th June 2023.
