Birla High School (Senior Section)

Youthopia ‘23, the school fest of The Heritage School took place on 26^th, 27^th & 28^th April.  Birla High School participated in 37 events and more than 100 students were a part of the fest. Birla High School bagged awards in eight events. The achievement list is as follows :

1^st position - Debate (Ram Daftari & Kshrugal Bhattacharya)

Fireless cooking (Hriday More & Ashaz Ali)

2^nd position - Basketball, Martial Arts, Western Dance, Quiz

3^rd position – Cricket, Relay 

OPEN- HOUSE QUIZ (BITM) - On 6th April, Birla Industrial and Technological Museum in collaboration with Prof. J. J. Ghosh Foundation organized a popular Lecture on ‘Important Health Issues in Students’ followed by an Open-House Quiz on ‘WHO@75’. Seven students from classes VIII to X participated in the programme. The dignitaries invited were Dr. Amit Krishna Dey, Prof. N. K. Poddar,  Shilpi Chatterjee (Eminent Psychologist) and the main speaker of the seminar Dr. Mouli Madhab Ghatak, Senior Physical Medicine Rehabilitation Specialist Secretary, Spinal Cord Society, West Bengal.The Open-House Quiz which the students thoroughly enjoyed was conducted by Ms.Aditi Ghose, Education officer, BITM.
